Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional legal advice on all aspects of Housing Litigation work.
- Handle cases related to Possessions, Injunctions, Judicial Review, and Homelessness.
- Collaborate with the Housing and Litigation team to support ongoing cases.
- Attend court hearings in person as required.
- Adapt to the local authority environment and contribute as a team player.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, FILEX, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in Housing Law.
- Experience in public sector housing litigation is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide professional legal advice.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
