Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional legal advice on all aspects of Housing Litigation work.
  • Handle cases related to Possessions, Injunctions, Judicial Review, and Homelessness.
  • Collaborate with the Housing and Litigation team to support ongoing cases.
  • Attend court hearings in person as required.
  • Adapt to the local authority environment and contribute as a team player.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, FILEX, or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in Housing Law.
  • Experience in public sector housing litigation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide professional legal advice.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
