Housing (Homelessness) Transformation Programme Manager

About the role: Based in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site):

• Recruit and stabilise the permanent workforce.
• Reduce temporary accommodation costs and reliance.
• Strengthen homelessness prevention and demand management.
• Develop robust housing performance and financial intelligence.
• Create a sustainable 1-2 year Housing Transformation and Delivery Plan linked to the Council's wider transformation programme and building on the restructure currently underway.

About you: You will have the following experiences:

• Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Housing / Homelessness.
• Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.
• Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.
• Local Authority experience is essential.

• Salary: £500-£600 per day, inside IR35 (PAYE option also available)
• Hybrid Working

• Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
