Summary: The Housing Finance Business Partner (HRA) role is an interim position focused on supporting the Housing Revenue Account through budget setting, financial monitoring, and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership and financial expertise to guide a team and provide insights to senior stakeholders. The position is based in Birmingham and offers a competitive daily rate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualified Accountant (eg, CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Extensive experience in local government housing finance, particularly HRA.

Hays is working with a local council to recruit an experienced Housing Finance Business Partner to support the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). This is a key interim role focused on budget setting, financial monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
