Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on new EPOS systems, including configuration, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions across various locations in the UK, including Oxford.
• Manage varying shift patterns, including double shifts and potential changes at short notice.
• Travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays.
• Provide customer-focused training with professionalism and approachability.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a senior management position in the hospitality industry or as an EPOS Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and training experience within the EPOS/IT industry.
• Passion for training and coaching others.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Reliable vehicle and full UK driving license.
• Experience with Aztec systems is desirable.
