We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our friendly team at Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Gillingham, on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, call-centre-style environment , where most communication takes place over the telephone. You’ll be supporting patients through every step of their healthcare journey — from referral to treatment — while working in a busy, team-based office environment. If you’ve previously worked from home or in a one-to-one setting, please note that this is a fully on-site role, with lots of team interaction throughout the day. The office can be lively and noisy at times, so being comfortable in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere is key.
