At Deeside Care Home, we don’t just provide care we set the standard for it. Nestled in the stunning Royal Deeside, our 68-bed home is a place where people matter, our residents, our families, and our dedicated team. We're now looking for a passionate, values-led Home Manager to take the reins of this high-performing service and lead it into its next chapter.

With no agency use, a stable and experienced nursing team, and a Care Inspectorate report featuring four 5s and one 4, this is not a turnaround role it’s a leadership opportunity where you can truly thrive.
