  • Confirm on hires and off-hires through internal ticketing systems
  • Enter charges for pre-slinging, cleaning, fuel, and damages
  • Process WOW report queries
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Reconcile reports from X Hire Suppliers
  • Maintain system administration tasks
  • Support the team with any other duties as required

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hire Desk Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm on hires and off-hires through internal ticketing systems
  • Enter charges for pre-slinging, cleaning, fuel, and damages
  • Process WOW report queries
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Reconcile reports from X Hire Suppliers
  • Maintain system administration tasks
  • Support the team with any other duties as required

Location: Thurrock (relocating to Barking within the next 12 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (8-hour day)
