- Confirm on hires and off-hires through internal ticketing systems
- Enter charges for pre-slinging, cleaning, fuel, and damages
- Process WOW report queries
- Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Reconcile reports from X Hire Suppliers
- Maintain system administration tasks
- Support the team with any other duties as required
