We have a new opportunity for a Hire Administrator to join our team in Belfast
In This Role You Will Be
- Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the branch-based logistics team to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Working with the workshop team to ensure plant and vehicles are prepared as required to meet customer expectations.
- Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented, filed, and are traceable as required.
- Work effectively and in partnership with the branch-based management, sales, and operational functions.
