Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across multiple sites
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with National Highways standards
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and resources
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and quality checks
- Coordinating traffic management requirements
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Key Skills:
- Proven experience supervising highways maintenance or repair works
- Experience on National Highways roads
- CSCS Gold (essential)
- Strong understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to travel across Hampshire, Surrey, and Oxfordshire as required
