Key Responsibilities:
- Carriageway patching and maintaining high technical standards.
- Attending project and work briefings as required.
- Driving/operating vehicles/plant and performing routine maintenance checks.
- Conducting all aspects of highway maintenance works, including minor civils’ works and litter picking.
- Participating in winter maintenance operations and emergency call-out operations.
- Ensuring safety compliance and recording vehicle checks prior to shifts.
- Communicating and liaising with various stakeholders, including sub-contractors and the public.
Key Skills:
- Level 1 in English and Maths or equivalent GCSE qualifications.
