Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for escalation support, resolving complex network outages and performance issues.
- Perform MAC & IP-level troubleshooting and advanced routing protocol analysis.
- Optimize Cisco Nexus 9000 platforms (VPC, VXLAN, ACI) with strong CLI skills.
- Support customer operations with deep Route/Switch protocol knowledge.
- Act as a trusted advisor, relaying insights on customer networks and operational procedures to Cisco support teams.
- Deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate on technical documentation and lead knowledge-sharing sessions for customer engineers.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in Data Center Technologies (Nexus, ACI, XR, XE).
- CCNP Route/Switch minimum; CCIE highly preferred.
- Expertise with Cisco Nexus 9000, VXLAN, and ACI.
- Strong understanding of routing/switching protocols and operational behaviors.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot at MAC and IP layers.
- Exceptional communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
