Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement billing strategies for heat networks to maximize income.
• Ensure compliance with the Energy Act and Heat Metering and Billing Regulations.
• Collaborate with residents and internal stakeholders to meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct data analysis to inform operational strategies and tactics.
• Prepare and present reports to senior staff, councillors, and residents.
• Manage billing service charges across various tenures in Local Authorities.
• Analyze market options and provide recommendations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with communities to co-design suitable solutions.
• Drive behavior change initiatives within a Local Authority setting.
