HealthRules Configuration Consultant

Summary: The HealthRules Configuration Consultant role involves configuring HealthRules for Medi-Cal lines of business, requiring expertise in managing benefit plans and provider contracts. The position is primarily remote but requires in-office attendance for the first three days in Ventura, CA. The consultant will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to address complex configurations and problem-solving tasks. This role is expected to last for over 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years with HealthRules Payer
• Experience in configuring capitated members on HealthRules for Medi-Cal lines of business
• Set up and manage benefit plans, provider contracts, claims adjudication, and pricing logic within HealthRules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
