Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence strategic decision making related to Group Client Health Leadership and ensure execution in collaboration with leadership and local markets.
  • Lead strategy development and go-to-market planning for new country and product market entry.
  • Present documents to clients and internal audiences, including C-levels, and lead complex content discussions for product segment growth and country expansion.

Key Skills:

Your primary objectives and responsibilities wi ll be:

Market Strategy (50%)

  • Influences strategic decision making related to Group Client Health Leadership strategic direction, and ensures execution is in collaboration with leadership and local ma rkets.
  • Lead the strategy development and go-to-market planning for new country and product market entry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive market entry and expansion strategies for new regions or coun tries.
  • Presents entire documents to client and internal audiences including C-levels and is able to lead complex content discussions for product segment growth and country expa nsion.
  • Socialises, (with Leadership/Client Health Community), current thinking on market trends and implications and challenges ideas to arrive at new opportunities for the bus iness.
  • Identify target customer segments to create the right product positioning. Work closely with product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the specific needs and preferences of international m arkets
  • Track and evaluate the performance of international initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize out comes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to equip them with the necessary tools, market insights to drive revenue growth and achieve targets in international ma rkets.
  • Presents entire documents to client and internal audiences including C-levels and is able to lead complex content discussions for product segment growth and country expa nsion.

Market Researc h (30%)

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of international healthcare markets to identify opportunities, trends, and potential chal lenges.
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative skills to draw insights from complex research and provide strategic direction and recommendations for the future growth of Client Health in selected m arkets.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and technological advancements affecting the in dustry.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market share. Utilize insights to refine our competitive advantage and position our offerings effec tively.
  • Uses advanced analytical thought to help identify opportunities and threats across the industry and technology lan dscape;

Relationship and Stakeholder Manageme nt (20%)

  • Expertise in managing C-level relationships and country-level Client in establishing strategic direction incountry and region for the future direction for Client Health.
  • Executive liaison for insight, growth, strategy planning and development with all local sales, product development and related internal teams for regional growth. Full end to end ownership for regional strategy for designated regions.
  • Effective liaison between local country teams, partners, 3rd parties and internal Client product development, engineering, PMO and strategy teams as it relates to future growth di rection.
  • Builds strong relations and helps share the progress of the growth journey with key stakeholders and identifies opportunities and risks to support Leadership and Local Markets in the delivery of the overall pr ogramme.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers & government agencies. Leverage these partnerships to enhance market penetration and foster strategic collabo rations.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a rela ted field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on international markets. Experience of delivery of large-scale system-wide programmes and development of comprehensive business cases is p referable.
  • 5 years+ a top tier consultancy with experience with project delivery within the healthcar e industry
  • In-depth knowledge of global healthcare trends, market dynamics, and regulatory env ironments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable co nclusions.
  • Proven analytical and business and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply financial analysis to commercial issues. Ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions and strategic recomm endations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and ba ckgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects sim ultaneously.

Desirable skills and knowledge:
