Detailed Description From Employer:

We are seeking a rockstar Project Manager to lead implementing new operational and IT operating models. This is a combination of IT system implementation with major operational TOM changes.

Must have the following:

  • Proven project management experience in healthcare IT system deployments
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage clinical staff, laboratory teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Strong system deployment expertise covering full lifecycle from requirements through to go-live and handover
  • Excellent change management capabilities for clinical adoption of new technology and digital workflows
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving with diligent attention to detail, accuracy, and clinical safety
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and holding vendors to account

Healthcare domain experience is absolutely essential for this role. Laboratory experience is highly advantageous and will significantly benefit speed of ramp-up and credibility with clinical teams.

This is not a junior PM role, nor suitable for PMO Analysts/Managers, infrastructure PMs, or generic IT project managers. We are seeking a PM leader who takes complete ownership, drives proactively and brings proven results in getting systems live.

Outside IR35 role. Hybrid working with onsite presence required for stakeholder engagement, system installations, and go-live activities.
