Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of case management for private client matters.
- Conduct litigated matters effectively.
- Draft wills, deeds, settlements, and administer trusts and estates.
- Provide knowledge of tax planning related to private client work.
- Utilize litigation experience in the role.
Key Skills:
- Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in England and Wales.
- Experience in private client work, including drafting and administration.
- Essential litigation experience.
- Familiarity with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Court of Protection procedures is beneficial.
- Knowledge of civil litigation practice and procedure is helpful.
