Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a UK-qualified Private Client Lawyer to join a Central Government team on a locum contract basis. The role involves managing cases and conducting litigated matters, requiring litigation experience and expertise in private client work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of case management for private client matters.
  • Conduct litigated matters effectively.
  • Draft wills, deeds, settlements, and administer trusts and estates.
  • Provide knowledge of tax planning related to private client work.
  • Utilize litigation experience in the role.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in England and Wales.
  • Experience in private client work, including drafting and administration.
  • Essential litigation experience.
  • Familiarity with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Court of Protection procedures is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of civil litigation practice and procedure is helpful.

Salary (Rate): £301.20
