Summary: The Healthcare and Biology Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of chemical and biological products through the development and implementation of QA procedures. The role requires strong Python programming skills to analyze production data and collaborate with the QC team on quality issues. This position is a short-term contract with potential for extension or transition to a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a background in QA within the chemical or biotechnology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols for chemical and biological products.
- Conduct routine and targeted inspections of production areas, equipment, and personnel.
- Review and analyze batch records, production data, and QC results using Python-based tools.
- Collaborate with the QC team to investigate OOS results, deviations, and customer complaints.
- Participate in the validation of new processes, equipment, and methods.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and inspections.
- Provide training and guidance to production and QC staff on QA concepts and regulations.
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of the QMS using Python-based analytics.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in the chemical or biotechnology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of QA principles, procedures, and regulations, including GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
- Strong understanding of chemical and biological processes and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including data manipulation, visualization, and statistics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
