Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver BSC audit and consultancy products/services as required and agreed
- Follow BSC’s quality assurance processes in all audit and consultancy delivery
- Attend standardisation meetings (remunerated) and relevant training as required
- Maintain your professional competency through CPD
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work
- Support the continual improvement of BSC audit and consultancy products/services by providing constructive feedback
Key Skills:
- A suitable OHS qualification equivalent to EQF Level 6 or higher (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, BSC Diploma, relevant Bachelor’s degree)
- An accredited Lead Auditor qualification (ISO, IRCA, CQI or equivalent)
- At least five years’ experience as a practitioner in Health, Safety, Wellbeing or Environmental management
- A minimum of five years’ audit experience, either internal or external
- Demonstrable experience in client relationship management
- Strong IT literacy, including Word and Excel
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in report writing
- Graduate or Chartered Membership of IOSH or equivalent professional body (beneficial but not essential)
- Specialist qualifications in related consultancy areas (e.g. fire safety) (beneficial but not essential)
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as IFE or IIRSM (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience working internationally, especially in the Middle East or GCC (beneficial but not essential)
