Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Site Inspections and Site Support Visits
- Writing comprehensive professional reports
- Providing technical & HSE support to Site Management Teams
- Undertaking targeted monthly checks
- Attending monthly meetings
- Supporting Client Regional HSE Advisor
- Finding practical solutions to issues that arise on site
- Interacting with site management teams and building trust & solid working relationships
- Incident and accident investigation
- Carrying out External PC / Client Inspections
- Delivering In House training for operatives and management teams
Key Skills:
- UK Based Construction / House Building experience
- NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent IT Skills
- Available Immediately
- UK Driving Licence
- The desire to drive the continuous improvement of H & S on site
- The personality to interact with workforce & management alike
- The ability to produce detailed, informative reports in a timely manner
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to manage your diary efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to build relationships
- The willingness to travel (Some occasional overnight stays will be required)

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Services Director, you will be required to provide HSE support to multiple sites across the North Thames region. This includes the St Albans/ Biggleswade/ Hitchin/ Bishops Stortford/ Hoddesdon/ Sawbridgeworth/ Berkhamsted/ Aylesbury and Stevenage areas.
You will be responsible for:

About You:
Qualifications, experience and training:
