Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day H&S support across live projects.
- Deliver site briefings, toolbox talks and task briefings.
- Prepare and review RAMS and other H&S documentation.
- Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance checks.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Produce cost assessments where required.
- Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, company procedures and client requirements.
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to promote a positive safety culture.
Essential Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Previous H&S experience within rail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
