Summary: The Health & Safety Administrator role is a temporary full-time position focused on providing administrative support to the Health & Safety team within a family-run shopfitting business. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage training programs, and oversee equipment maintenance. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a minimum commitment of 10 months to cover maternity leave. The role is office-based in Stoney Stanton, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team.
  • Organize Health & Safety training programs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for contractors.
  • Oversee servicing and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Assist with various health and safety administrative tasks.

Key Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office.
