Summary: The Health & Safety Administrator role at Tarasis Enterprises in Armagh offers a unique opportunity for an individual eager to develop a career in health and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical, hands-on support, advice, and guidance to ensure health, safety, and welfare standards are maintained across all sites.
- Monitor compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and assist in the development and implementation of effective control measures, processes, and systems.
- Assist with the investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
- Support the development, review, and updating of Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and visits to monitor compliance and promote best practice.
- Travel between sites as required to support operational teams.
- Build strong working relationships at all levels to promote a positive health and safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and delivery of internal training, including toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety alerts.
- Support health and safety compliance for future projects and business growth.
- Keep up to date with health and safety legislation, guidance, and best practice.

- Experience in the care, housing, or similar regulated sector.
- Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a health and safety career.
- Willingness to travel between sites (Full Driving Licence essential).

- Previous experience in a health and safety-related role (desirable).
- Relevant health and safety training or qualifications (or willingness to work towards them) (desirable).
