Job title: Health Physics Monitor
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits:
Days - 20.98/hr Umbrella
12.5 Hour Non-Cont Shift - 23.44/hr Umbrella
Location: Preston
Hours of work: 37 hours per week or 12.5 hour Non-Cont Shifts
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience working to regulations and operating procedures
- Mathematical skills
- Able to follow written and verbal procedures
- Able to adhere to health and safety standards
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Experience working in a manufacturing/chemical environment
- Previous monitoring experience

Role information:

- Undertake monitoring activities in a highly regulated environment
- Operate and setup monitoring equipment and ensure they work accordingly with quality standards
- Maintain monitoring equipment
- Undertake manual handling activities where needed
- Monitor processes
- Escalate any issues with processes and equipment as they arise
