Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a 24-month apprenticeship programme to achieve a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification.
- Progress towards NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety and NEBOSH qualifications.
- Support departmental and Plant Managers with Health & Safety tasks and projects.
- Deliver accurate and efficient administration support.
- Train to respond to general and specific H&S queries, building strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Assist in protecting the health, safety, and welfare of all employees and anyone affected by EGGER’s operations.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including at least Level 4 (Grade C) in English and Maths.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Organised, efficient, and personable with excellent communication skills.
- Able to build positive working relationships across the business.
- Awareness of data protection and confidentiality principles.
