Summary: The Health and Safety Advisor role involves providing operational health and safety support across two sites on the Hampshire/Wiltshire borders for a well-established Aggregates organization. This hybrid position requires site inspections, documentation updates, and collaboration with management teams over a 12-month period. The advisor will also be responsible for reviewing risk assessments and addressing any health and safety failings. Flexibility to work part-time and across multiple sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Health and Safety Inspections
- Continued support of site health and safety improvement
- Supporting management teams
- Updating of relevant documentation
- Review RAMS
- Review of any site H&S failings
Key Skills:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or equivalent
- Similar Risk experience – Construction / Aggregates / Heavy Plant / Quarrying / Waste Management / Engineering / Logistics
- Experience of moving plant, machinery, site traffic
- Ability to work part-time (3 days per week)
- Ability to work in a multisite position
- Strong communication skills to liaise at all levels
