We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of User Services to lead our front-line Library and Learning Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing a dynamic portfolio of study spaces, and ensuring high-quality, accessible services.
You will play a central role in shaping the overall user experience for Aston students, driving inclusive and responsive services through user insight and co-creation. This includes leading data-informed decision making to continually adapt and improve provision in line with evolving needs.
This role will suit someone who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who is motivated by the ambitions of the Aston 2030 strategy.
