The Mission You’ll be our Head of Testing / QA Consultant, embedded in a high-functioning delivery team. Your job? Build the test strategy from scratch, lead the charge, and ensure every release is rock solid. You’ll be the quality conscience of the programme—bringing clarity, confidence, and calm to the chaos.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft the blueprint: Define a test strategy that’s fit for a fast-moving, multi-stream transformation.
  • Lead the charge: Own testing across website, CRM, and billing platforms—functional, integration, UAT, performance, the lot.
  • Build the rhythm: Set up governance, tooling, and rituals that keep quality front and centre.
  • Be the glue: Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive coverage and confidence.
  • Coach the crew: Mentor internal QA talent and integrate seamlessly with our boots-on-the-ground team.
  • Make it seamless: Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution with precision and pace.
