Summary: The Head of Supply Chain & Procurement at Notpla will lead the supply chain function to optimize costs, mitigate risks, and ensure effective delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the development and execution of a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on performance, cost and quality.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to LT.
- Lead and manage supply chain team within the business ensuring they are empowered to meet key delivery targets and personal objectives.
Key Skills:

In order to succeed in this role you will need to have an understanding of how to grow a supply chain function from a few million pounds in revenue delivered to £10million + revenue. You will need to have experience working in a multi category business. Ideally you will come from a packaging or FMCG background but most important is a no job to small mentality and a desire to be a leader at the coal face of the function.
