- Improve delivery predictability, release cadence, and operational resilience

A confidential SaaS scale-up is seeking an experienced Head of Software Engineering to lead and mature a growing technology function. You’ll take ownership of a 20-strong engineering team (permanent and contractors) and play a key role in scaling delivery capability, strengthening engineering standards, and aligning technical execution with commercial objectives.
The Role
