Solihull College & University Centre is entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of our Bold Futures Strategic Plan (2026–2028), a plan defined by innovation, inclusion and aspiration. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an exceptional Head of School for Engineering to lead one of our most dynamic and future focused areas.

About the Role

As Head of School, you will be a strategic, visible and inspiring leader who drives excellence across all aspects of Engineering provision. You will lead curriculum innovation, champion digital transformation and future skills, and ensure every learner experience’s outstanding teaching, robust support, and ambitious progression routes.

You will also play a critical role in shaping employer partnerships, strengthening industry alignment, and ensuring our Engineering School remains at the forefront of regional skills development.
