Summary: The Head of Sales at Luxshare-ICT is a high-impact executive role responsible for leading the company's sales strategy across the UK, EMEA, and India. This position involves driving multi-million-pound contracts, nurturing relationships with Tier 1 customers and OEMs, and overseeing key accounts to ensure alignment with customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic business development with global OEMs and enterprise clients
- Own the sales pipeline and revenue growth across international markets
- Close large-scale, multi-year EMS and electronics manufacturing contracts
- Build and maintain C-level relationships within customer organisations
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, production and supply chain teams
- Lead, develop and expand the sales and key account management teams
- Represent the company at global trade events and industry forums
- Report to the Managing Director on commercial performance, forecasts, and strategy execution
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of senior-level sales experience within electronics manufacturing, EMS/CEM, or high-reliability sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing global accounts and securing complex, high-value deals (typically £5m-£20m+)
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes including SMT, box build, design-for-manufacture, and quality systems
- Strong international business acumen and cultural awareness
- Gravitas and credibility to operate at Board level—both internally and with customers
- Ability to lead high-performing commercial teams
- Willingness to travel internationally as required

The Role
