We're working with a globally renowned brand who is on the lookout for a Head of Reward to cover a maternity leave.

Headquartered in London, this is a fast-paced business with a workforce of over 2,000 and still very much in growth and build mode.

As part of the People & Talent function, you'll lead a small team while owning reward frameworks across the UK & EMEA. You'll also take responsibility for the global annual pay and bonus review cycle. The remit is broad, from ensuring competitiveness and equity in compensation, shaping benefits programmes, and guiding international mobility, to providing data-led insights that influence decision-making at the highest level.

With a lean team setup, this role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. You'll be the subject matter expert and lead voice on Reward, while also working closely with the business and supporting operational execution.

We're looking for someone with significant experience in senior reward roles within international organisations, ideally with exposure across UK & EMEA. Strong technical expertise in compensation, benefits, and mobility is essential, alongside the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders. Retail experience would be advantageous, even if earlier in your career.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, values-led organisation at an exciting stage of its journey. If you're available to start soon (January at the latest), we'd love to hear from you.
