We are supporting a well-established, fast-growing engineering and manufacturing business that is looking to appoint an Interim Head of Quality / Quality Manager. This is a hands-on, on-site interim role focused on resetting and strengthening quality across the business, driving the change required to instil quality at a cultural level across the organisation. The brief is not to add bureaucracy, but to improve consistency, ownership and day-to-day quality discipline on the shop floor and through the wider organisation.
