Head of Programmes - Blueprint 2, InsuranceWe are seeking a Contract Associate to join Stellarmann, our sister Professional Services Business, on-site at a leading insurer who require a Head of Programmes to work across a series of large scale IT and Business Change programmes.This opportunity will require 2-3 days per week on-site, with occasional travel to the Manchester office when required and is paying between 1200 - 1500 per day Outside IR35.This Will Be The Perfect Opportunity For You If You have hands-on experience leading large, complex operational change programmes, preferably pan-group and nationally You have the ability to create confidence and clarity in an ambiguous environment and influence senior (exec level) stakeholders effectively Blueprint 2 is something you have been involved in You love having a significant impact on processes and outcomes.
