Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and goals for eCommerce as a core product area.
  • Take ownership of the customer journey from browsing to checkout, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to make architectural decisions that balance speed, scale, and maintainability.
  • Lead discovery and delivery of key platform features such as pricing logic, product configuration, and multi-tenant access.
  • Use data to guide platform improvements, focusing on acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the platform is optimised for operational performance and compliance.
  • Be the primary point of accountability for eCommerce outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on eCommerce platforms and B2B commerce.
  • Proven success in evolving live B2B commerce platforms, particularly in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on platform architecture, APIs, and integration.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience optimising customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Hands-on leadership with a collaborative approach, able to work across product, engineering, UX, marketing, and commercial teams.
