Summary: The Head of Data Product is responsible for the comprehensive strategy, delivery, and adoption of analytics and data science products, focusing on the transformation and enterprise-wide implementation of Power BI. This role aims to modernize decision-making processes and maximize the value derived from data investments. The position involves leading the transition from legacy reporting to a standardized Power BI framework and ensuring the effective production and consumption of data science outputs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Strategy and roadmap for Business Intelligence, focusing on Power BI.
- Lead the transition from fragmented legacy reporting to a standardized Power BI estate.
- Work with managed service partners to define standards for usability, performance, governance, and self-service across analytics products.
- Drive adoption of Power BI as the single source of reporting and insight.
- Own the productionisation of Data Science outputs, particularly in forecasting and Supply Chain.
- Ensure data science models are deployed, monitored, and consumed through scalable, user-friendly products.
- Accountable for the delivery of Power BI dashboards, reports, and models at enterprise scale.
- Lead migration, rationalisation, and retirement of legacy BI tools.
- Own product backlogs, roadmaps, and outcome-based delivery measures.
- Act as the senior analytics product partner to business leaders.
- Establish and scale a data product operation model, treating data, metrics, models, and insights as reusable, value-driven products.
- Work in close partnership with Technology to integrate data products seamlessly into broader product and engineering ecosystems.
Key Skills:
- Senior experience leading data product functions in large, complex organizations.
- Proven delivery of enterprise-wide Power BI implementations.
- Experienced in productionising data science and advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong product management capability, including roadmap ownership and value-based prioritization.

The Head of Data Product is accountable for the end to end Product strategy, delivery and adoption of our clients ' analytics and data science products, with a primary focus on leading the Business Intelligence (BI) transformation and enterprise wide roll out of Power BI. This role owns how data, analytics and data science are productionised and consumed across the business. The role exists to modernise decision making, standardise analytics and maximise value from data and data science investments.

- Lead the transition from fragmented legacy reporting to standardised, scalable Power BI estate
