The Role
As Head of Paid Media, you’ll lead the paid acquisition strategy across multiple brands, products and markets, managing significant media budgets and driving profitable growth at scale. This is a highly commercial leadership role where you’ll own paid media end-to-end — from strategic planning and forecasting through to channel optimisation, attribution, reporting and international expansion. You’ll oversee activity across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Microsoft and Pinterest, ensuring campaigns are efficient, scalable and aligned to wider business objectives. You’ll lead and mentor a talented and established paid media team, creating a culture of high performance, collaboration and continuous learning. Alongside team leadership, you’ll work closely with creative, CRM, content and development teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and commercially effective. The business is also investing heavily in AI and emerging technologies, so there’s huge opportunity for someone excited by innovation and the future of paid media to make a genuine impact. This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with commercial decision-making and still likes staying close enough to performance to challenge thinking and drive best practice.
