Summary: The Head of Organisational Development will spearhead the organisation's people development strategy, focusing on driving change, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering leadership development. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Organisational Development, Learning & Development, EDI and Apprenticeship teams.
- Develop and deliver the organisation's people and organisational development strategy.
- Drive culture change, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
- Design and implement learning and development programmes that build organisational capability.
- Lead organisation design and workforce planning projects to support business transformation.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of OD initiatives.
- Use workforce data and insights to identify trends and improve organisational performance.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide expert advice on organisational development.
- Manage employee engagement surveys, action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the OD budget and ensure programmes deliver value for money.
- Lead and develop the Organisational Development team, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with HR and other business functions to deliver strategic people initiatives.
- Deputise for the HR Director when required.
