Summary: The Head of Nursing/AHP for Integrated Urgent Care and Community Services at Primary Care 24 (PC24) is a senior leadership role focused on ensuring high standards of evidence-based care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The position requires a Registered Nurse or equivalent with significant clinical leadership experience, responsible for overseeing clinical practice and leading transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a core member of the senior leadership team, ensuring evidence-based, safe, and quality care.
- Provide professional leadership to the registered and non-registered workforce across Integrated Urgent Care and Community Services.
- Ensure services meet regulatory and internal accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to lead transformation initiatives and introduce new clinical pathways.
Key Skills:
- Registered Nurse / Advanced Clinical Pharmacist / Advanced Paramedic Practitioner or Advanced Physiotherapist with valid PIN.
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience.
- Non-medical independent prescriber - V300.
- Significant clinical leadership experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, prioritize, organize, and handle conflict.
- Team-focused and flexible approach with high personal and professional credibility.
