• Develop technical architecture strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.


• Lead a high-performing technology group responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing cutting-edge technologies across all areas including front office trading systems.


• Drive process improvements by identifying gaps or inefficiencies through data analysis


• Maintain close partnerships between Technology teams (Infrastructure/Operations/Application Development) & Business stakeholders


• Provide guidance around industry best practices specifically regarding integration patterns required during large complex transformational programs

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferably computer science related field preferred but not mandatory.


• Relevant experience working in financial services especially capital markets domain at senior level roles previously essential - minimum 15+ years' experience required


• Knowledgeable about Derivatives products such as FX Options , Interest Rate Swaps etc., Securities Products such Bonds/Fixed Income ,


• Have strong leadership skills which has been demonstrated via managing distributed global cross-functional teams .


• Prior hands-on development background combined with excellent communication/presentation skillset .
