Summary: The Head of Marketing for Simply Be at N Brown is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand vision and drives growth. This role involves leading a team, managing KPIs, and collaborating with senior leadership to create impactful multi-channel campaigns. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on brand storytelling, content strategy, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand and digital marketing, with a passion for fashion and customer-centric initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with digital marketing strategies.
- Own and manage the core commercial KPIs at the brand level, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic brand marketing and CRM team, creating an agile, multi-disciplinary squad.
- Partner with senior leadership to craft and execute advertising, broadcast, marketing, and PR/social campaigns.
- Oversee the design and delivery of a robust brand communication strategy across channels.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring commercial awareness and adaptability.
- Drive the brand’s customer-facing strategy, ensuring key executions resonate with the target audience.
- Convert the selling plan into an actionable brand marketing plan that supports business goals.
- Develop a content calendar for continuous, engaging marketing initiatives.
- Translate products and promotions into authentic brand stories that connect with customers.
- Manage key relationships with external partners to drive impactful brand marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns meet regulatory and industry requirements.
- Oversee event planning and execution within time and budgetary constraints.
- Track, measure, and report on the success of all marketing initiatives, analysing ROI and recommending improvements.

- Experience in the fashion or beauty industries is a plus.
- Degree in marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
