Key Responsibilities:
- Root-cause the current delays and design a clear, end-to-end campaign operating model.
- Implement a robust briefing and planning process that prioritizes fixed go-live dates and high-quality output.
- Define clear decision rights, milestones, and approval levels to eliminate ambiguity.
- Develop a "balanced" compliance workflow that ensures early-stage involvement without sacrificing creative impact.
- Implement SLAs across all teams, formal risk escalation protocols, and a visible "Critical Path" tracking framework.
- Move beyond documentation by embedding the model through live campaign pilots.
Key Skills:
- A proven track record of transforming Marketing Operations in teams of 50+.
- Deep knowledge of portfolio management and stage-gated delivery.
- Experience in Financial Services (or similar regulated sectors) is highly preferred; must speak the language of compliance.
- The ability to challenge constructively at the leadership level while driving adoption on the ground.
- Deliver frameworks that actually work in practice, not just in slide decks.
