Key Responsibilities:

  • Root-cause the current delays and design a clear, end-to-end campaign operating model.
  • Implement a robust briefing and planning process that prioritizes fixed go-live dates and high-quality output.
  • Define clear decision rights, milestones, and approval levels to eliminate ambiguity.
  • Develop a "balanced" compliance workflow that ensures early-stage involvement without sacrificing creative impact.
  • Implement SLAs across all teams, formal risk escalation protocols, and a visible "Critical Path" tracking framework.
  • Move beyond documentation by embedding the model through live campaign pilots.

Key Skills:

  • A proven track record of transforming Marketing Operations in teams of 50+.
  • Deep knowledge of portfolio management and stage-gated delivery.
  • Experience in Financial Services (or similar regulated sectors) is highly preferred; must speak the language of compliance.
