Tell me more Lead marketing for Virgin Red’s Financial Services partners – our most commercially critical area Drive strategy and delivery for our US co-brand credit card programme, working closely with US colleagues (with the occasional late call or trip stateside, around twice a year) Be a key business point of contact to onboard new financial services products including negotiation with prospective partners and input on marketing plans Deliver end-to-end, full-funnel marketing campaigns – from brand awareness to customer engagement and acquisition Work hand-in-hand with commercial and product teams, plus our partners at Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Voyages, Virgin Hotels, Virgin Money, Synchrony and Mastercard Navigate the complexity of a regulated industry, ensuring all marketing meets compliance requirements Build trust and influence across a wide network of senior stakeholders, both inside and outside the Virgin family Lead and inspire a small but mighty team – directly managing our Campaign Delivery Manager and acting as the go-to FS marketing expert for the wider business
What You’ll Need A strong background in financial services marketing – ideally with loyalty or travel experience too Proven success operating at Head of Marketing level, with broad experience across channels and disciplines Confidence working in regulated industries and applying that understanding to campaigns that perform and comply Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across commercial, product, banking and Virgin company teams A strategic mindset with a flair for data-driven decision making, creativity and innovation The agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the resilience to juggle competing priorities across two markets
