The Role:We are looking for an exceptional leader to support the delivery of marketing strategy and initiatives that will deliver against business objectives. The post holder will provide the strategic and analytical focus required to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and campaign activity across the full marketing mix.With excellent organisational and project management skills (both Agile and Waterfall) and significant experience of managing multiple, complex projects the post holder will need excellent communications skills to inform collaborative working.This appointment is a fixed term contract for 12 months (or the earlier return of the substantive post holder) to cover a period of maternity leave.For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy .
