Summary: The Head of Admissions & Marketing Administrator at a prestigious independent day school in Barnet is responsible for managing the admissions process and shaping the school's public image. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Organise and deliver school open days, tours, assessment days, and admissions events.
- Monitor and report on admissions trends, conversion rates, and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant pupil records and communications.
- Liaise with senior leaders, parents, and external agencies.
- Process UK and international applications, ensuring legal and visa compliance.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the school’s marketing strategy aligned with the school development plan.
- Oversee the school website, social media, digital marketing, and offline campaigns.
