Summary: The Head of Legal CGO Germ Protection will provide strategic legal guidance and support for global product innovation and marketing initiatives within Reckitt's germ protection category. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior stakeholders for all brands in the germ protection category.
- Participate in innovation leadership team meetings to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Research & Development, and other teams to ensure legal compliance for product claims.
- Provide legal advice on advertising, marketing campaigns, and consumer protection regulations.
- Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements related to product innovation.
- Oversee the completion of legal documentation for product innovation projects.
- Deliver training to cross-functional teams on legal processes and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and proactive legal support.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years PQE experience in a senior legal role within FMCG, Food and Beverage, Retail, or Healthcare.
- Strong background in marketing and advertising law, commercial contract negotiation, and intellectual property.
- Expertise in managing legal aspects of product innovation across diverse categories.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.
- Integrity, Corporate Governance, Compliance Management, and Risk Management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset and Process Optimisation experience.
- Qualified Lawyer status.
