Pyramid is working with one of our close clients seeking an experienced Head of HR for a maternity cover contract. This role would be working for a medium sized financial technology organisation. This is a senior leadership role with strategic and operational responsibility for the full HR function. Working closely with the executive team, this individual will drive the people agenda, covering areas such as recruitment, performance, employee engagement, learning & development, and compliance. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
