The initiative will address siloed working, modernise systems and processes, and streamline operations to enhance agility and responsiveness to both local and regional priorities.Please note this role will be reporting to the Director. There is no line management responsibility. The existing Organisational Design and Effectiveness (OD&E) team will continue to report directly to the Director.The programme aims to position the organisation for long-term success by embedding agility, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative, empowered culture.
