Keylime Consultants are supporting a leading organisation in the search for a Head of HR Technology with strong Workday expertise. This Contract role has an initial duration of 9 months and a hybrid working pattern requiring a regular onsite presence in Central London. This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Workday and HR Technology landscape and broader People Technology strategy in a company prioritising innovation and employee experience. We’re looking for an experienced Workday leader with deep knowledge of Workday HCM, integrations, and reporting, who can deliver complex Workday roadmaps and work closely with senior stakeholders. You will own the Workday platform strategy and governance, ensuring it supports HR and business needs while driving continuous optimisation. You will lead a dedicated People Tech team, manage Workday integrations and vendors, and champion automation and AI to improve employee experience and analytics.

Head of HR Technology – Required Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience in senior HR Technology or HR transformation roles
  • Strong expertise in core HR platforms, especially Workday, with deep knowledge of system architecture, integrations and cloud based HR ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex HR systems projects, including large-scale implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Strategic ownership of end-to-end People Technology landscapes, ensuring systems effectively support People functions, employees, and managers.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable HR tech roadmaps, driving automation, digitisation, and AI-enhanced workflows to improve user experience.
