Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global recruitment processes, from advising managers to overseeing interviews and contracts.

Profile
The ideal Head of HR candidate will be a seasoned HR Leader with experience across a broad range of HR functions. They will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of employment law, proven ability to influence senior teams, and experience managing international recruitment and remuneration processes. Excellent communication skills, discretion, confidence and a collaborative approach are essential, alongside a personal commitment to the mission and values of The Elders. The ideal candidate will have previous standalone and global recruitment experience.
Job Offer
Competitive salary: £74,100 - £80,100 per annum (FTE), depending on experience. Private pension scheme with 10% employer contributions. Optional private medical and dental insurance. Group life assurance (5x annual salary). 28 days annual leave plus public holidays, with enhanced parental leave. Employee Assistance Programme.
